Our Journey

Balanced Bite Blueprint began in 2018 when founder Maria Johnson, a registered dietitian and passionate home cook, noticed a troubling trend. Her clients knew they needed to eat healthier but struggled to find recipes that were both nutritious and truly enjoyable.

Frustrated by the disconnect between healthy eating advice and practical, delicious meal solutions, Maria started developing recipes in her small apartment kitchen. Her approach was simple: combine evidence-based nutrition with restaurant-quality flavors.
